Create a Compassionate,
Values-Based End-of-Life Plan
Expert guidance, coaching, and resources to gain clarity, confidence, and peace.

Death is life’s final chapter, yet most of us keep it closed until the last possible moment…afraid to open it, unsure of what we might find inside. The thought itself often leaves us unsettled and scared.
And who can blame us?
We’ve never been taught how to gently hold these fears, let alone make decisions that feel wise and caring.
If you’ve hesitated to plan—unsure how to begin, what to consider, or how to talk about it with those you love—you’re not alone. For many, the complexity and the emotional weight of these choices is overwhelming.
Does Any of This Feel Uncomfortably Familiar?
You might wonder if there’s a better, more compassionate way to approach this necessary work. I’ve wondered the same thing myself. I remember when I first faced these decisions—standing at a crossroads while my loved ones were unwell and life as I knew it felt suspended. I am a daughter who has said goodbye to both parents, having had to navigate end-of-life decisions with and for them. I know how painful, confusing, and isolating these moments can be.
At that time, I struggled to find resources that combined both the pragmatic and soul-fulfilling. It felt like no one was talking about how to craft plans guided by values and compassion, or how to have heartfelt conversations with my family without causing them distress.
In my work as a chaplain, contemplative companion, graphic facilitator, and death literacy specialist, I have guided many individuals and families as they grappled with these very concerns. I’ve listened to stories of fear and uncertainty, of courage and resolve. I’ve seen people discover a sense of peace when they learn they can weave their deepest values into their decision-making process. You deserve a path forward that respects both your heart and your mind. Instead of struggling in the dark, worried about missing something important, you can navigate this process with clarity, compassion, and a deep sense of alignment with your values.
When it comes to shaping your end-of-life plans, you need more than just paperwork—you need thoughtful guidance that integrates practical decision-making, genuine empathy, and open-hearted communication. You may have already sensed the complexity of these choices: the legal documents, the medical directives, and the desire to share your wishes with loved ones meaningfully. Yet, without a holistic approach, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, uncertain, and alone. By weaving together knowledge, empathy, and connection, you can transform end-of-life planning from a stressful obligation into a healing practice—one that truly reflects who you are, what you stand for, and how you want to be remembered.
This immersive, compassionate program guides you step-by-step through the decisions and dialogues that shape your final chapter. It’s designed to help you discover, articulate, and honor your values so your end-of-life plans reflect exactly who you are. In the series of live group calls, personalized coaching sessions, and carefully curated resources, you’ll gain knowledge, confidence, and a supportive community of people on the same path. If you choose one-to-one coaching, your experience will be tailored to your specific needs and wants.
This is more than a program; it’s a compassionate container, a roadmap, and a warm companion on the path to creating an end-of-life plan that feels genuinely right.
This structured, six-week program is designed to guide you step-by-step through the end-of-life planning process.
Whether you choose the group coaching program or to work with Jill in one-to-one coaching sessions, you will engage in six weekly live calls.
Each session offers the time, space, and expert guidance you need to work the material, reflect on your values, and put your plans into actionable form. In addition, you will receive…
Before our very first session, we’ll connect one-on-one in a 30-minute private planning call. This initial conversation allows us to understand exactly where you are in your planning journey, ensuring that every part of the program speaks directly to your needs. Additionally, halfway through the program, you’ll have another 30-minute coaching session to refine your plans and address any emerging questions.
You’ll also receive ongoing support throughout the course. Feel free to reach out via email or WhatsApp between sessions for quick answers and encouragement so you’ll never feel left wondering about your next step.
You’ll receive a comprehensive workbook to capture your reflections, streamline your decision-making process, and keep track of vital insights. Alongside this, you’ll gain access to a curated list of recommended books, videos, articles, and podcasts that deepen your understanding of end-of-life choices.
Within a dedicated online environment for the group coaching program, you can post discoveries, ask questions, and engage with me and other participants. This community aspect transforms what can be a lonely, daunting task into a mutually supportive experience where everyone shares resources, insights, and empathy. In the one-to-one coaching program format, you have time dedicated to your specific needs and interests, affording more in-depth and personal conversations.
In addition to the core program offerings, you’ll receive a discount on the “Appreciative Living Learning Circle”—a four-session coaching program when it is offered during the year.
It’s an opportunity to continue building on the clarity and confidence you’ll gain in this program, ensuring that the growth you experience here sets the stage for even more personal development and peace of mind.

If you fully participate—attending all the calls, engaging with the workbook and resources—and still find yourself without a clear decision path, I will provide a one-hour coaching session at no extra cost. This personal support is designed to help you find the clarity and assurance you need.
