Dear Colleague,
You want to feel the energy you had just a few months ago, but it’s just not there. We are all in this place now. I have listened to my women colleagues in the worlds of visualization, facilitation, training, and coaching. I’ve worked with thousands of people over the past twenty years, helping them blossom, though we have never experienced anything like these times. I hear women telling me that they don’t have time, energy, or easy access to their own wisdom because they are feeling depleted.
I am here to offer the support you need to find your footing—to regain your inner strength and create the change you desire.
I know, from my years of coaching people 1:1 and in groups, that trying to do this work on your own is more challenging than having the support and camaraderie of a group.
Roots of Resilience is an innovative circle that will provide the path to change your perspective, habits, and daily life. In this experience, you will progress through 12 circles. Each live session is preceded by options for learning about the content and prompts for digging deeply into the materials that will nurture your development. Your learning and new skills are firmly ingrained in your daily life through the exercises and special integration sessions. You will have opportunities to share, as you desire, the artful ways in which you are learning, growing, and creating the life you desire.
Anyone can change and emerge stronger. I see transformation firsthand all the time. It is my sincere hope that with Roots of Resilience, you’ll discover that uncovering your dormant self actualizing skills, adding to them, and integrating new habits to reorient your life doesn’t need to be a process of struggle, disappointment, and eventual abandonment.

Roots of Resilience Circle —Five Key Elements
#1. Weekly Reading & Listening Experiences
Even before the circle begins, and every week thereafter, you will receive a variety of options for learning about the areas we are exploring together. The choice will be yours to read, view, and/or listen to the materials.
Our conversations and exercises are founded on engaging with the one or more forms of the material before the session. We devote our time together to digging more deeply into content that has become familiar to you—clarifying, engaging in exercises, and planning for your application.
#2. Companion Journal
The circle includes a custom-designed journal, with space to explore your ideas, reflect on questions, thoughts, and conversations, and design the future you desire.
#3. Seeds of Inspiration/Practices
Throughout the program, you will have opportunities to play with new ideas and nurture new habits. You will learn simple practices that will strengthen your resilience and help you create the life you want.
#4. The Platinum Rule Assessment Report
In our deep dive into communication, you take the Platinum Rule Assessment and receive a personalized report.
#5. Online Container
Access to an online environment which contains all program resources, and other goodies! You will find yourself returning to the Circle resources again and again
